The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, SAP best practices, and integration with other SAP modules. This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: SAP Configuration and Implementation: Configure SAP S/4 PP/PI modules to support manufacturing and process industry requirements. Implement and customize solutions to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business teams to gather and document requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications. Integration: Work on the integration of SAP PP/PI with other modules like MM (Material Management), QM (Quality Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling). Support and Maintenance: Provide end-user training, post-implementation support, and system enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP PP/PI. Process imization: Analyze and imize production planning processes. Implement enhancements to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Documentation: Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation. Required Skills: SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP PP (Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing) and PI (Process Industries) modules. Experience with Master Data Management (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Recipes). Proficiency in MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control. Understanding of integration points between PP/PI and other modules. Technical Skills: Ability to write functional specifications for custom developments. Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes, especially in process industries like chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food & beverage. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ability to recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in SAP PP/PI implementation and support.
