Position Title: Senior Data Analyst Location - New York City, NY(Onsite) Duration: -6+months Visa-No H1b Skills: Experience in supporting short, and long term, data management and strategic business activities through the analysis of data Ability to conduct in depth data analysis for projects as well as ongoing data quality initiatives Experience in creating datasets from a variety of disparate sources to further data management initiatives and processes Demonstrated ability in performing data mining on large datasets to supplement data management quality improvement initiatives Experience consulting with business stakeholders to document business requirements to support client needs Experience presenting reports with analysis and interpretation for business review and planning Demonstrated experience working with relational databases and database structures, with proficiency in SQL Develop and recommend business solutions through research and analysis of data Use creativity and process improvement skills to expand and improve existing processes and create new ones in accordance with data governance best practices Experience with implementing Data Management lifecycle toolsets Experience with implementing master data and/or reference data programs or toolsets Practical experience working with multiple project management methodologies including at least one of the following: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, SAFe Working with project management organizational or visualization tools; examples could be Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, Wrike, or Rally Nice to Haves: Knowledge of statistical analysis, and statistical software such as SAS, SPSS or R preferred Qualifications: Four years of experience as a data analyst on a data management or data governance initiative.
