Currently we are looking for independent consultants ready to work on our W2 for the role of Organization Change Management Consultant with 10+ years experience and ready to travel as and when required. Job Title: Organization Change Management Consultant Location: Chandler AZ (onsite) 12+ months Primary Skills: OCM, SAP on Prisma W2 No H1B, OPT, CPT 10+ yrs onlys Relocation candidates are fine Travel to other locations if needed. Description: Experience in change management - should have been a part of at least 9-10 large scale change management implementations. Should lead end-to-end change management implementation lifecycle on a transformation program Must have global roll-out experience especially 8-10 years of experience in consulting/industry with primary focus on organization change management Experience in change management and employee experience in projects including building change management strategy/roadmap/approach, stakeholder engagement and management program, change impact analysis, culture assessment, user engagement, readiness assessment, training strategy/need assessment/plan Practical client experience including planning, design and delivery. Delivering change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts including ERP implementations and transformation change program OCM experience around S4Hana Implementations would be preferred Understanding of standard project methodologies and change interventions during project lifecycle phases. Nice to have experience on PROSCI or any other change management approach Nice to have OCM certifications if any such as PROSCI, APMG etc. Good understanding on IT , HR, Finance functional processes and transformation in general Excellent skills with powerPoint, excel and analytical approach Ability to work and team with people across functions, sectors, geographies and cultures Good analytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills Excellent oral, written and presentation skills Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver work-products of the highest quality and overcome risk and issues to ensure timely delivery Technology driven change management experience (ERP systems SAP/Oracle/Workday) Willingness and ability to travel for client engagement Travel to other locations. Should be able to coordinate with the client OCM Team based out of Europe and APAC for the Program Implementation/Delivery Will be responsible for driving Global OCM Plan + Delivery for US region Reporting to client's OCM value stream lead on project updates/milestones and delivery (weekly/bi-weekly) and also to project delivery manager on a real-time basis for OCM updates Leverage established change management methodologies and tools to execute the strategic plans and support implementation, execution and adoption of new ways of working Design and deliver effective change management strategy, approach and plans in conjunction with the project and client team for the transformation program Working with senior leadership (should be comfortable interacting with C-Level Executives) to create alignment in order to support program success Design and develop holistic change management strategies that articulate how change will be managed throughout the project lifecycle Identifying and deploying communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques Delivering programs that support agile/iterative transformation Conduct key change management activities such as stakeholder assessment, readiness assessment, impact assessment, communication design and execution, training plan design and facilitation etc. Design and deliver material utilizing the various channels of communications to drive awareness, education and engagement across organization Design, develop and roll-out communication strategy and materials Work with various relevant stakeholders to build change management understanding and ensure buy-in Thanks & Regards, [email protected] -- Keywords: cprogramm business intelligence information technology wtwo Arizona W2 ROLE : OCM Consultant [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1968958&uid= |
