Job Title/Position: Data Analyst Enterprise Services Must Have Job Duration: 6+ Months Job Location: Hybrid, MN we need locals only LINKEDIN MUST MN local with DL only USC,GC PREFFERED Job Description: A well respected growing diversified company is looking for a contract Data Analyst. You will be responsible for providing services driving data integrity and supporting enterprise processes designed to treat data as an enterprise asset. We are looking for an Enterprise Data Services Analyst who will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be a strong team player who thrives in a team-oriented environment and comfortable working with ambiguity and a fast paced and changing environment. Key Job Responsibilities: Formulate and define processes with good understanding of business requirement Consider business impact, value of data and information management processes Leverage data domain experience and best practices to bring creative solutions to complex problems Contribute to process improvements during all phases of the effort Develop solutions to variety of problems with limited to moderate scope and complexity following established policies and procedures Investigate and resolve data incidents in a timely manner. Monitor and improve data quality by initiating corrective actions identified through performing root cause analysis. Ensure adherence to data policies and processes and their continued enforcement to include areas such as workflow for data ingestion, data quality, master data and data life cycle management. Identify areas where data can be used to improve business activities, defining business users' requirements. Work closely with Data Engineers to create and maintain cross system interrelationship design and documentation Facilitate target system data migration requirements gathering from process areas and data governance. Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts to identify, analyze and document data migration transformation rules from legacy source systems. Support data cleansing rules for legacy source systems as part of data migration efforts. Facilitate, support and train business subject matter experts on data migration validation procedures to meet target system design.
