The main component of a consultant's daily schedule will be looking for ways to help the improve the company operations by building and operationalizing workflows and dashboards within Monday.com (a cloud-based work operating system (Work OS) that helps teams organize, structure, and streamline their work). How they do it typically varies depending on factors like industry, scope, budget and the specific nature of each challenge or goal. The consultant in this role will work directly with senior leadership to gather business requirements, translate them into technical requirements, develop workflows, and put together a proof-of-concept (POC) for approval within Monday.com. There will be somewhat of a creative aspect as this person in this role will need to port the existing data into Monday.com and lead the execution to operationalize the a brand-new implementation of Monday.com and building workflows and boards from scratch.
