The candidate should exhibit strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance detailed execution with strategic vision.Responsibilities: Process Management: Manage the process management system used by BPR (Business Process Reengineering) teams for alignment and internal communication. Continuously enhance tools, methods, and techniques to support the BPR teams. Program Management: Act as the program management function for key cross-functional initiatives within the Sales organization. Organizational Development: Plan, schedule, and execute activities such as training programs, new joiner inductions, workshops, and meetings. Governance and Compliance: Run leadership governance reviews and ensure project management compliance with updated processes and tools. Optimize portfolio governance and ensure clean, reliable data for reviews. Data Analytics and Reporting: Update dashboards using exports from tools for capital planning and project management. Roll out surveys, analyze feedback, and create actionable plans. Provide visibility and transparency using metrics and reports to showcase the relative value of projects. Process Improvement: Enable process efficiency across the portfolio and foster continuous improvement. Use data storytelling to identify root causes and extract actionable insights.Key Qualifications: Experience: Extensive PMO experience (mandatory). Understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning, with the ability to propose standards and coach others. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Keynote, Tableau, and Excel for data storytelling and dashboarding. Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative approaches. Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong ability to influence and establish trust and credibility quickly. Analytical and Process Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement mindset. Ability to connect the dots across various processes while maintaining a big-picture perspective. Professional Attributes: High level of professionalism, energy, and urgency to drive results.
