This role will focus on integrating fuel cell technology into trailers designed for fast EV charging. You will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, functionality, and reliability of our systems as they transition from development to production. Key Responsibilities Performance Testing: Conduct low- and high-voltage system performance tests using ICNA (calibration tool) to ensure proper functionality of control systems. System Validation: Monitor and analyze variables to validate sensor functionality, hydrogen valves, and overall trailer performance. Issue Identification: Identify system or component-level problems and escalate troubleshooting tasks to the appropriate teams. Electrical Systems Oversight: Assist with verifying and inspecting wiring harnesses, addressing potential supplier or quality-related issues. DRE Activities: Support Design Release Engineering tasks to ensure all systems meet quality and production standards. Project Management: Work collaboratively to meet aggressive production deadlines, supporting the build of multiple trailers simultaneously to achieve a goal of 28 trailers by December 20. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Software Proficiency: Experience with INCA or LABView Technical Expertise: Familiarity with electrical systems and one or more of the following: sensors, hydrogen valves, and control systems. Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify potential issues in wiring harnesses or other system components. Team Collaboration: Effective communication and teamwork skills to support shared project goals. Production Focus: Ability to work under tight deadlines to meet production targets.
