SharePoint Business Analyst ECM Exp Raleigh NC -Remote 6+ Months State Client experience required Seeking a Technical Specialist/Solution Designer to develop SharePoint and web-based solutions that optimize Preconstruction processes within Client Transportation Life Cycle. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, user story creation, project tracking, testing, training, client consulting, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Design SharePoint/web solutions supporting Preconstruction workflows. Translate requirements into user stories for the Development Team. Track and prioritize work items to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Document deliverables and support re-engineered business processes. Test solutions and create training materials for new systems/processes. Collaborate with clients to refine and debug applications. Provide quality control and mentor junior team members. Required Skills (8+ years): Business analysis experience with SharePoint and web-based content solutions. Proficiency in QA testing, Agile, and SDLC methodologies. Experience designing custom SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types. Analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong Microsoft Suite expertise (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Ability to document processes and develop technical training materials. Preferred Skills (4+ years): SharePoint Business Analyst and Azure DevOps experience. Knowledge of Client Preconstruction and Transportation Life Cycle processes.
