As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zscaler Hands on Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team. Position Overview The Zscaler Hands on Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the deployment, integration, and management of Zscaler's secure internet and web gateway solutions within our clients' IT environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, exceptional problem solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Zscaler solutions to meet clients' specific security and networking requirements. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing IT infrastructure to identify opportunities for implementing Zscaler solutions. Collaborate with clients' IT teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration of Zscaler products. Monitor and troubleshoot Zscaler deployments to ensure optimal performance and security. Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after implementation. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all deployment activities, configurations, and processes. Stay up to date with the latest Zscaler features, updates, and industry best practices. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of Zscaler solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall project goals and objectives. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in networking and security, with at least 3 years focused on Zscaler solutions. Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall technologies, and web security principles. Proven experience in configuring and managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Familiarity with cloud based security solutions and concepts. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA) are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience with other security products and technologies (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Fortinet). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Power) for automation and configuration management.
