Allianz group is pushing that they use AWS, this Program Manager will write the roadmap and kick it off. This effort hasn't started yet. Must Have: Experience as a Program Manager leading a migration to AWS Cloud. Technical Program Management experience. One Marketing - is the overall eco system of customer experience. Moving from existing web to AEM. They are growing and also modernizing. This team is using a vendor partner heavily. Must Have: AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Experience working with a vendor for development Program management from a user experience perspective. Customer Journey Example: You login to your bank website, you move money from checking to savings. This is a customer journey. This is a modernization of every step of the customer journey. Has been going on for 1 year, currently has 2 delivery teams. There is a roadmap in place, but it is constantly being updated. 2 more years for this effort. Must Have: Business readiness experience Digital experience from a marketing perspective Done customer journey programs.
