Title: Cisco Voice Engineer Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite) Type: Contract Responsibilities: Responsible for design, implementation, and delivery of Cisco voice systems. Responsible for customization/programming of Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unified CM Console, CUCM Publisher, and CUBE. Support and maintain CUPS, CER Publisher, Unity Connection Publisher, SIP Proxy, DSP, and VXML Gateway. Required Skills: Experience with Ingress/Egress Gateway (CUBE). Knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Cisco Unified Communication Manager solution, and CUBE. Scripting experience with Cisco tool set, including UCCE/UCCX and Call Manager. Expertise in configuration and administration of contact center features. Excellent knowledge of Voice Gateway and SBC technologies. Maintain the agreed SLA/KPI with the client. Foster good team collaboration. Take ownership of processes and implement visible improvements. Perform tasks without escalation and actively participate in shift handover and takeover.
