Research & Testing: Conduct user research, analyze findings, and use insights to drive design decisions. Perform usability testing to refine prototypes and validate design solutions. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate thoughtful and intuitive design solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Visual & Interaction Design: Deliver high-fidelity designs, ensuring consistency in typography, colors, and layouts across platforms. Define the interaction patterns and behavior to create seamless user experiences. Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistent experiences across all digital products. Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning, creativity, and collaboration within the team. UX Strategy: Help shape the long-term vision for the user experience, aligning design efforts with business goals and user needs. Stakeholder Communication: Present and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and justify design choices through data-driven insights and user feedback. Required Skills And Qualifications Experience: 9+ years of experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, or related fields. Experience in leading design projects from ideation to completion. Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of UX principles, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail across digital platforms (web, mobile, etc.). Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar platforms. UX Research: Experience in user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics. Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and how to design across multiple device types and screen sizes. Prototyping: Expertise in creating interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and lead discussions around design thinking. Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex UX problems with creative and user-centered solutions. Agile/Lean: Experience working within Agile or Lean frameworks is a plus. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation in digital interfaces. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
