Skills Preferred Proficient in Rest API, Azure DevOps, Net Core C#, IIS, SQL Server, Relational database design and concepts, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery. AJAX, JSON Competent in ASP.Net, Console/Batch Programming. Versatile in Full SDLC, Business Analysis, Data Modeling, QA / Testing, Full-stack Development, and Kanban Board management. With excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience Required This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles. At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity. Experience Preferred Experience managing, leading, architecting, developing, and implementing a software development project end-to-end going through the entire SDLC with minimum supervision and instructions. Experienced with the following: - Requirements gathering with stakeholders 7-10 Years. - In-depth business analysis 7-10 Years. - Functional and technical documentation 7-10 Years. - Agile Ceremonies (ex. Retrospective, Sprint Demo, Backlog Grooming/Refinement, etc.) 2-3 Years. - Full life-cycle software development with both batch and full-stack programming 7-10 Years - Azure DevOps (CI/CD) 3- 5 Years. - QA 3-5 Years. - Deployment 5-7 Years. Education Required This classification requires the possession of a bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
