Optimize ML models to achieve strategic business objectives and improve application performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to current projects. Data Engineering: Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into defined structures for analysis and modeling. Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability. AI/ML Innovation: Explore and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms and frameworks to enhance the organizations capabilities in observability and performance monitoring. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, coach, and cross-train team members to strengthen AI/ML competencies across the organization. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and skill development. Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify key business problems and provide AI/ML-driven solutions. Clearly articulate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization. Strong expertise in data science tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks). Proficiency in data engineering techniques, including ETL processes and data pipeline development. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and ML deployment tools. Excellent collaboration, organizational, and influencing skills. Ability to lead and mentor teams, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work on complex datasets. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field. Experience in observability, performance monitoring, or change management use cases. Familiarity with tools and platforms for application and infrastructure monitoring.
