Description: The role will require in-depth QuickBooks expertise, particularly in migrating a legacy on-premises QuickBooks environment to AWS, with an RDS multi-session access configuration. Could you help us to provide an analysis of the current market availability for QuickBooks migration experts, specifically with the skills listed in the below JD. We need this data today before this evening as we have a client call today. Responsibilities:: Lead the end-to-end migration of a legacy QuickBooks environment from on-premises to AWS. Assess the current QuickBooks setup, dependencies, and data for a seamless transition to RDS multi-session on AWS. Configure AWS infrastructure to host QuickBooks, ensuring secure, reliable multi-user access. Test, validate, and troubleshoot the QuickBooks environment post-migration, resolving compatibility and access issues. Provide documentation on configurations, migration steps, troubleshooting, and user training. Required Qualifications : QuickBooks Skills : In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop versions (Pro, Premier, Enterprise) and their compatibility. Expertise in data migration, covering transactions, historical data, and custom fields. Database management skills, including handling QuickBooks data file structures (QBW, QBB) and file optimization including customer/vendor information, account details, payroll history, and tax setups. Advanced reporting and customization of QuickBooks features. Experience with QuickBooks Company File Management, with a focus on maintaining historical accuracy for multi-company files and industry-specific reports. QuickBooks API knowledge, integrations, and post-migration reconfiguration. Data validation and reconciliation skills to ensure financial data accuracy post-migration. Experience with multi-user QuickBooks setup, user permissions, and session stability. Payroll and tax configurations within QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy post-migration. RDS multi-session configuration tailored for QuickBooks access.
