The role involves engineering, change management, and mentoring team members in MLOps best practices. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage secure, automated ML deployment pipelines. Train and mentor team members on MLOps tools and processes. Implement advanced MLOps capabilities: MLFlow, A/B testing, real-time endpoints, and Model Risk Management automation. Balance technical implementation with change management and training. Experience: 3-5+ years in machine learning and MLOps. Proven expertise in AWS SageMaker and end-to-end ML model development. Familiarity with data integration using IBM DB2, Snowflake, or similar. Strong CI/CD pipeline and DevOps tools experience. Must Have Technical Skills: Amazon SageMaker CI/CD Dev Op tools like Jira, Terraform, GitHub, or Jenkins Docker Experience in a highly regulated industry such as Banking/Financial/Healthcare GitHub Python SQL Terraform Nice To Have: DBT, Java, Snowflake Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, SQL, R, and/or Java. Hands-on with Jira, Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins. Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools. Preferred Experience: Background in highly regulated industries (Banking, Finance, or Healthcare). Squad Goals: Expand Feature Store and introduce Model Registry using AWS SageMaker by 2025. Transition from batch to real-time scoring for loan/card applications. Build reusable customer model features for improved Data Science workflows.
