Extensive experience with Lightning Components, Visualforce, Apex Controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, JavaScript and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform About the Role We are looking for a Sales Force Developer with strong Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.. As a technical developer your responsibility will be required to collect requirements, document findings and build applications. The individual will have a strong knowledge of software development and will have experience working to develop business-critical applications. This position requires excellent technical and analytical skills. What You'll Be Doing: Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. Design scalable solutions to meet business requirements for customer service and support. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team. Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems. Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as case management and omni-channel routing. Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts. Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement. Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate cross team communication to enhance transparency and issue resolution. Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions. Design and document technical solutions that are aligned with the clients business objectives Translate the functional requirements into conceptual and detailed design documents demonstrating sound rationale in making design decisions. Experience in design and implementation of real-time and batch integration with Salesforce and other legacy systems using REST / SOAP and Bulk APIs Working knowledge of Agile process Education: Bachelors or masters degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
