End-to-End Regression Testing: Conducting comprehensive regression testing of the Supply Chain Portal and the Supplier Portal to ensure system stability. Collaboration with Developers and Product Manager: Actively engaging with the development team and the Product Manager to clarify requirements, provide feedback, and discuss feature-related issues. Customer Query Handling: Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries about the Supply Chain Portal, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Bug Verification and Reporting: Verifying issues raised by customers, replicating reported bugs, and escalating them to developers with detailed documentation. Automation Testing: Developing and maintaining automated test scripts for both the Supply Chain Portal and the Supplier Portal using Playwright to streamline the testing process.
