JD: We are seeking a highly experienced S2P Oracle Functional Leader with a proven track record in managing complex Oracle S2P projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in Oracle S2P, demonstrating a strong blend of technical expertise, functional knowledge, and executive interaction skills. Key Skills: Technical Proficiency: The candidate must possess a deep understanding of Oracle S2P modules, including Requisition management, Purchase Orders, Sourcing/Rfx process, Contracts, and Invoicing functions. Functional Expertise: The S2P Oracle Functional Leader should have a solid grasp of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract lifecycle management. Experience in implementing and optimizing S2P solutions across various industries is highly desirable. Executive Interaction: The candidate must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior leadership, stakeholders, and project teams. The ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner is crucial. Leadership and Program Management: The S2P Oracle Functional Leader will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and performance standards. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: The candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Oracle S2P environments.
