Title: Salesforce Developer with Health Cloud Location: Remote Main Scope of this project Salesforce Health cloud is a must and if possible certified, and some knowledge on SF data cloud, project scope is to migrate from a diff platform to sf health cloud involves- clinical data Project Requirement: Salesforce Health Cloud Migration Key Responsibilities: Migration Expertise: Lead the migration of clinical data from the current platform to Salesforce Health Cloud. Salesforce Health Cloud Proficiency: Expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud. Must understand healthcare and clinical workflows. Data Management: Handle sensitive clinical data securely in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Map, transform, and migrate data effectively to Salesforce Health Cloud. Salesforce Data Cloud (Preferred): Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform) for managing patient 360 profiles. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and address clinical workflow needs. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Health Cloud Certification.
