CIPP/US or CIPM/US or similar.Job Posting Title: Data Mapping Analyst Description: PURPOSE: We are seeking an individual to support Hyatts steady state asset inventory and data mapping (AIDM) initiative on the Privacy team within the Legal department. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: With the various global requirements for companies to have robust and detailed data flow diagrams and privacy impact assessments, this individual will play a central role in Hyatts compliance efforts and with Hyatts privacy team. The individual must be a self-motivated professional who is well organized and capable of working cross functionally on complex matters across different time zones. On a day-to-day basis, the individual will interact with business and IT leaders to reassess, update, and/or modify existing data maps and privacy impact assessments. The individual will also be responsible for evaluating the assessments to ensure responses are consistent and meet Hyatts and regulators standards. A background in privacy is preferred. The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 7+ years of relevant work experience. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Ability to self-prioritize, work under pressure, and adhere to deadlines.
