Currently we are looking for SAP Student Lifecycle Management Consultant with 12+ years of experience and USC holder. Position Title: SAP Student Lifecycle Management Consultant Location: Remote (Needs to travel 1-2 weeks/month on site. Expenses will be paid if they travel) Employment Type: Contract Visa: USC only (as they want to go for security clearance) 12-15 yrs Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM) Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SLCM solutions tailored to the needs of educational institutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the SAP SLCM module, with a proven ability to analyze client requirements and provide comprehensive solutions that enhance student administration processes. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with educational institutions to understand their student lifecycle management processes. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP SLCM solutions. SAP SLCM Implementation: Lead or participate in the implementation of SAP SLCM modules, including Admission, Academic Structure, Enrollment, Attendance, and Performance Tracking. Configure and customize SLCM functionalities to meet client-specific needs. Solution Design and Development: Design integrated solutions to streamline student lifecycle processes using SAP best practices. Ensure compatibility and integration of SLCM with other SAP modules (e.g., FICO, HCM, CRM) and third-party systems. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system and integration testing to ensure the solution meets design specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and post-go-live phases. User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users and administrators. Provide post-implementation support and address any system-related issues. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the student lifecycle domain. Stay updated on new SAP features and updates to recommend enhancements. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience with SAP SLCM module implementation and support. Proven track record of successfully managing SAP SLCM projects within educational institutions. Skills and Expertise: In-depth understanding of student lifecycle processes, including admissions, registrations, grading, and graduation.
