The teams need support in business testing (UAT) and business End to End testing in order to accurately track and verify that we have successfully moved these processes and data into modern tools. Test Manager/Coordinator role requirement: We are seeking an Enterprise Test Coordinator/Manager with a strong background in leadership and project management within the testing domain. This is really to coordinate testing effort with end users/business users & internal EQE teams and other stakeholders across various products/systems affecting the program. We have several Test scenarios developed by both DT and Business at individual team level as well as end-end-testing. We need a dedicated strong test leader who can understand what is out there and collaborate with the Business to develop the strategy & plan for Business Teams End-to-End testing and then executing the plan. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans that align with project objectives and timelines. Collaborate with various business partners to understand their needs and integrate their requirements into the test strategy. Manage the full testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and reporting. Ensure effective communication across teams and with stakeholders to keep all parties informed of test progress and outcomes. Identify risks and issues early in the process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
