The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in virtualization, networking, and Windows systems. This role involves executing tasks laid out by an architect to enhance our VDI environment and supporting our MSP team as needed. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Horizon VDI solutions. Execute tasks and projects as prescribed by the architect's documentation. Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks. Provide support for Windows systems, including desktop OS, networking (DHCP, DNS), and virtualization platforms. Follow change control procedures and manage change control processes. Assist with major incident situations and bridge gaps in MSP support as needed. Be available for off-hours work for system upgrades and changes. Required Skills and Experience: Experience with Horizon VDI. Strong understanding of Windows systems engineering. Knowledge of networking concepts (DHCP, DNS). Ability to work independently and take direction. Experience with change control management. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
