Role: Fullstack developer (Healthcare Payer domain) Location: Bloomfield, CT or Scottsdale, AZ (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ years Visa : Only H1B with Passport Number Role Description: Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable web applications using Angular (frontend) and Python (backend). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders in the healthcare payer domain. Implement APIs and services that integrate with healthcare systems. Conduct manual testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of the application. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA) in all software solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for both new and existing systems. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in healthcare and full-stack development. Assist in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and mentor junior developers, if applicable. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proven expertise in the Healthcare Payer domain (e.g., claims, enrollment, or eligibility systems). Hands-on experience with Angular for frontend development. Proficiency in Python for backend development. Strong experience with manual testing techniques and tools. Knowledge of writing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and debugging. Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Proficiency with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
