Role: Lead ServiceNow Developer Location: Plano, TX (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ years Visa : Only H1B with Passport Number Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.). Develop and deploy integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other tools. Architect and implement ServiceNow workflow automations using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Scripting (JavaScript). Provide guidance to junior developers and ensure adherence to development best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and quality assurance checks for all development work. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and architects to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Design technical architecture for integrations, data migrations, and automations across enterprise systems. Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and third-party applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, monitoring tools). Ensure secure and seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and external platforms. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using ServiceNow capabilities. Explore and implement advanced ServiceNow features, including AI/ML integrations, Virtual Agent, and predictive analytics. Oversee platform maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning. Provide Tier-3 technical support and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow ITSM. Qualifications & Skills: Required Experience: 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in a lead developer role. Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Request, and CMDB. Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Middleware tools. Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) and experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Orchestration. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD modules of ServiceNow. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Experience with ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities or Virtual Agent development. Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership capabilities, with a track record of mentoring and managing developers. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM) preferred.
