The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP SLcMfunctional solutions architecture and at least Two end-to-end implementation. This role requires extensive knowledge of Student Lifecycle Managementprocesses and strong skills in system design, configuration, customization,integration, testing, and support. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end SAP SLcM Trainings for end users Design training plan, UAT plan for SAP SLcM and execute trainings. Design and architect SAP SLcM functional solutions to meet businessrequirements. Configure and customize SAP SLcM modules, ensuring seamless integration withFICA and other SAP modules. Conduct thorough testing and provide post-implementation support. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system design,configuration, and processes. Perform gap analysis and develop strategic roadmaps/blueprints for SAP SLcMimplementations. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design future state solutions,and develop relevant objects within the process scope. Provide client-facing consulting engagements, demonstrating excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills. Ensure successful teamwork and demonstrate leadership abilities within projectteams. Job Requirements: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP SLcM functional solutionsarchitecture. Proven experience with at least one end-to-end SAP SLcM implementation. Strong knowledge of complete Student Lifecycle Management processes, includingStudent Master Data, Academic Structure, Student Grading, Graduation, and otherbusiness lifecycle processes. Experience in cross-module integration with FICA is preferred. Proficient in all aspects of system implementation, including gatheringrequirements, designing future state solutions, developing objects, testing,and post-implementation support. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development. Strong client-facing consulting experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrated leadershipabilities. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in SLcM or related modules. Experience with other SAP modules and their integration points. Strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication.
