Job Description:  

Introduction: 
We are seeking a skilled Order Management System (OMS) Specialist with expertise in the Manhattan Active Omni Cloud solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and optimization of the OMS to ensure efficient order processing, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. This position will focus on leveraging Manhattan Active Omni's cloud-based platform to enhance operational efficiency and improve the customer experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

OMS Implementation & Configuration:

Lead the implementation and integration of the Manhattan Active Omni Cloud Order Management System within the companys existing infrastructure.

Customize and configure the OMS according to business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with inventory management, warehouse, and fulfillment systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the OMS.

Order Processing & Fulfillment Optimization:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders from order creation to shipment and delivery.

Implement best practices for inventory allocation, order routing, and fulfillment to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Ensure real-time order tracking and provide solutions for managing order exceptions.

System Integration & Collaboration:

Work closely with IT, supply chain, and e-commerce teams to integrate the OMS with external systems, including eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and warehouse management systems.

Troubleshoot system integration issues and ensure smooth data flow between systems for accurate and timely order processing.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement in order processing, customer experience, and system reliability.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track order status, inventory levels, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs.

Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Manhattan Active Omni Cloud OMS.

Work with internal teams and Manhattan Associates support to resolve any system issues or incidents in a timely manner.

User Training & Documentation:

Provide training to end-users on best practices, system features, and troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain user manuals, process documentation, and training materials to ensure a seamless user experience.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with new features and updates to the Manhattan Active Omni Cloud platform, and evaluate their potential benefits for the business.

Participate in regular reviews of OMS processes to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Manhattan Active Omni Cloud or a similar Order Management System.

Strong understanding of order management, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

Expertise in integrating OMS with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, and eCommerce platforms.

Solid knowledge of cloud-based solutions and the unique requirements of cloud-native applications.

Experience with troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and optimizing OMS workflows.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
