Role: Oracle HCM Engineer with 12+ years Location: Phoenix, AZ (3 days office, 2 days wfh) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Skills: Oracle HCM Configuration; Oracle HCM Integrations; Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Fusion (ORC, Talent, Learning) Experience Level: 12+ years Job Description: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. Experience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups. Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis Experience on Oracle Journeys Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology. Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis. Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System Nice to Have Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages. Experience on Documentum Knowledge of Skill Nexus , GEN AI in Oracle .
