Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues. Ensure software aligns with healthcare domain. Validate healthcare data integrity, claims processing, and workflows against defined standards. Log and track defects using a defect management tool, ensuring clear communication with developers. Participate in requirement gathering and understanding sessions to provide input on test strategies. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes. Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and ensure comprehensive coverage. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by guiding end-users and validating their feedback. Generate detailed test reports, highlighting test coverage, defect metrics, and overall product quality.
