Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst & Power BI Development Location: New York, NY Duration: Long term Work Arrangement: Hybrid; 3 days in New Yorks office ALL Visa Job Description: The Technology & Data leadership team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Power BI developer to manage the delivery of technology solutions for key stakeholders. This individual will drive and manage the successful execution of key projects across the team. The role requires mobilizing cross-functional teams towards agreed-upon goals, showcasing key benefits, and overseeing and reporting progress on projects. Additionally, the individual will assist the leadership team on other key business initiatives. Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Effectively communicate with C-suite level users. Direct and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring that implementation plans are on track. Develop and manage key relationships with business stakeholders and other functions within the technology team. Lead a select set of high-priority projects to completion by mobilizing a cross-functional team. Serve as the point of contact to determine priority, resourcing, and capacity planning for new projects. In partnership with key business stakeholders and Technology, develop a comprehensive technology roadmap to address key priorities, allowing for continued scale and growth. Conduct regular project reviews with key stakeholders and the technology leadership team. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. A minimum of 7 years of prior experience in technology consulting and delivery. The ability to manage relationships with leadership teams and collaborate with senior business leads and analysts for implementation and problem-solving. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to senior stakeholders including C-suite level. The ability to understand details while conveying relevant facts to a senior audience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in developing and delivering insightful Power BI reports and relevant analytics. Demonstrating a willingness to learn and work with our low-code, no-code application development platform.
