This is a FULL STACK JAVASCRIPT position, not a Full Stack Java developer role. Candidates must have recent experience working in the Banking or Capital Markets space, particularly in trading environments. The position requires strong technical proficiency and the ability to work across the entire stackfrom the front end to the back end. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, Redux, NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, and GraphQL. Work closely with business and technical teams to design and implement complex features. Ensure the application is optimized, scalable, and secure. Collaborate on the development of UI components and back-end services in an agile environment. Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and deployment. Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Skills and Experience: Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in distributed teams and under agile processes. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements. Hard Skills: Full Stack JavaScript development (React, Redux, NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, GraphQL). Extensive experience with React and Redux for building dynamic, modern user interfaces. Expertise in NodeJS and Express for back-end development. Strong experience working with MongoDB for database management. Familiarity with GraphQL for API development and management. Experience working in Banking or Capital Markets is a must (preferably with trading platforms). Proficient in unit testing, integration testing, and code quality practices. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. Agile development experience is preferred. Daily Responsibilities: Design and develop full-stack solutions in a banking/trading environment. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. Collaborate with front-end developers to build responsive and interactive UIs. Work on data flow and state management using Redux and React. Optimize and troubleshoot the application for high performance and scalability. Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing with the team.
