Position: QA Automation Engineer Location: Louisville, KY (Onsite) Need Locals Duration: 12+ Months Contract Rate: $50/hr on C2C Max Need passport no. for Submission Essential Skills: Good understanding of Accessibility standards, laws pertaining to different geographies, WCAG, Section 508,AODA Strong capabilities in Front end design, development and implementation Should have expertise in technical knowledge like HTML, CSS, JAVA Script, ARIA, JQuery Should have worked to implement accessibility across various technology like angular JS, ext JS Identify strategy for making applications accessible and provide remediation solutions based on the type of assessment Should have knowledge of Assistive Technology like NVDA,JAWS, voice over etc. Should be able to create user centric designs Conduct accessibility testing on Web and Mobile applications, including keyboard navigation, screen readers, and color contrast tools. Understand how people with different disabilities use assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard-only access). Clearly present testing results, status, and ideas in both written and verbal formats. Provide technical assistance and remediation guidance to designers, developers and QA. Recommend potential solutions by evaluating new and emerging assistive technologies designed to increase accessibility. Prepare comprehensive accessibility compliance test reports for web and mobile. Desirable Skills: Experience in Healthcare Domain and Payer solutions. Expertise in various Testing concepts and SDLC. Test Point Of Contact ("POC") for accessibility compliance of a functional area in a product Identify key accessibility testing challenges / goals and develop initial Test Plan Works effectively with stakeholders to root cause and solve accessibility issues Proactively identifies and implements accessibility test process and practices Defines, manages and meets project schedules; prioritizes and works multiple tasks across projects Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required. ---- Thanks & Regards Akilesh Kumar iTech US Inc Email : [email protected] Go Green!
