Familiarity in SPACE & DORA metrics are needed This role is full time office role in Atlanta (within client location GPC) , with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions that align with our comp Implement tools and systems necessary for the development and continuous improvement of the DevX practice. [Tech Garage(backstage), Test Automation, CI/CD processes] Responsibility Familiarity with SPACE and DORA frameworks. Ability to lead, assess and deliver the Developer productivity & DevOps productivity improvement Platform using BackStage hence ideal candidate must have had good amount of development (React /Node) and good knowledge in DevOps to ensure we deliver the DevX Strategies as defined by client Collaborate with leaders to integrate DevX strategies with business, product, and technology roadmaps. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the DevX function and monitor the impact of strategic initiatives on developer satisfaction and productivity. Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure microservices architectures. Oversee the integration and deployment processes using Jenkins and GITHUB. Provide expertise in SRE practices to ensure system reliability and performance. Implement security best practices on Google Cloud Platform to protect data and applications. Utilize DevOps tools to automate and streamline development and operational processes. Manage and optimize GCP Platform resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations. Develop and maintain Docker containers for consistent and reliable application deployment.
