Ability to solve complex problems, think creatively, and thrive in an agile environment Strong knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases. Experience with Bitbucket, Maven/Gradle for version control and CI/CD processes. Develop and Maintain Software Solutions: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and robust software solutions aligned with business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical and business needs. Code Quality and Review: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high-quality standards. System Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Provide quick turnaround on bug fixes and critical issues as needed. Collaboration and Communication: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and team meetings. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all developed features, processes, and tools. Contribute to technical knowledge bases and guidelines. Compliance and Security: Follow company security policies, coding standards, and compliance guidelines. Address vulnerabilities and participate in regular security reviews.
