Please send me your candidates updated Resume to [email protected] Role: Senior QA Lead/Manager with DynamoDB and No SQL (Healthcare Domain) Location: Plano, TX (onsite) Local ONLY NOTE : No Relocation Candidates Job Roles / Responsibilities: Mandate Points: JD remains the same with additional dynamo DB and NO Sql EXPERIENCE is Must. Need someone from Engineering based, Avoid submitting service based and from B FSI domain. Someone who worked on automation testing. Communication needs to be excellent and should have managed team. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 15+ Years o f Test Lead experience in driving Application & Backend Systems Integration Testing to include functional, automation, regression, API testing, Database testing, Per formance & Load and Mobile Testing Minimum 6+ Years o f experience leading Automation Testing Team developed on open-source tools Experienced in creating the User journey driven Testing scenarios for backend integrations and handling test data management Required leadership Skills to manage O f fshore QA Team members Experienced with automation tools like Selenium using Java Familiar with Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins), Code Coverage (Sonarqube) Experienced in using Test Management So ftware packages/tools such as JIRA, Zephyr Excellent communication and presentation skills Goal Oriented with a Product Mindset to achieve outcomes Role Description Skills: 1. Align to the overall guidance and direction from the Program Management and NAQ Plat form Product Development Teams. 2. Leads the development o f Test Strategies, Methodologies and Standard processes for all NAQ Plat form work streams by analyzing the business requirements to ensure testability, traceability and end-to-end business process coverage. 3. De fine testing scope and approach, including test data management, for all NAQ Plat form products by partnering with cross- functional IT and business stakeholders. 4. Develop Test Plans aligned to project scope, work plans, schedules, milestones and critical paths and identi fy sta f fing needs to execute to the test plan. 5. Lead and drive test automation suite creation, adoption and implementation for faster turnaround on regression validations for code deployments. 6. Lead the Plat form QA teams in SIT execution, monitor the testing processes and inspect the outcomes to ensure the quality o f products meet business needs. 7. Oversee and address critical issues, de fects, dependencies, and risks related to testing. 8. Ensure Quality metrics are tracked and reported across testing phases. 9. Using Zephyr and JIRA tools for Test Management planning, tracking and reporting. 10. Create and publish timely reports and documentation to show testing progress to management.
