What youll do: Supports and coordinates obtaining data gathering. Supports and coordinates data mapping sessions as required. Owns all technical aspects of data conversion of Cornerstone to Workday Learning. Creates data extraction reports as required from Cornerstone and executes data extraction. Works with functional workstream lead and subject matter experts to support data mapping. Transforms learning historical data to Workday learning required data templates. Conducts data transformation and validations as required. Establishes, builds, and performs technical validations (i.e., counts, checks on data and those required by CG). Leads & documents the reporting for technical validations. Conducts and supports the technical validation of the data loading in Workday. Supports the functional team with data mapping validation and inquiries.
