The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management within customer account systems, specifically in credit card billing, payment processes, and managing recurring payment scenarios, including membership renewals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage large-scale technical projects from initiation to delivery. 2. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 3. Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business stakeholders, vendors). 4. Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and industry standards. 5. Conduct risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. 7. Develop and maintain project documentation (project plans, status reports, etc.). 8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.). Requirements: 1. 10-20 years of experience in technical project management. 2. Strong background in Credit Card industries. 3. Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). 4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 5. Technical expertise in: - Programming languages (C#, Java, .NET, etc.) - Database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) 6. Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.). 7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 8.
