Job Summary: Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. Need : Business Analyst Location : McLean ,VA Onsite Local Must Have: mortgage domain We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA), Business Systems Analyst (BSA), or Data Analyst (DA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the mortgage domain, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an Agile methodology environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements within the mortgage domain. Translate business needs into detailed documentation and actionable deliverables. Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. Requirements: Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst or equivalent roles (BA, BSA, DA). Multiple project experiences preferred over single-project BA candidates. Experience working in or familiarity with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae is a strong plus. Expertise in the mortgage domain is highly desired. Communication Skills: Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences effectively. Methodologies: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
