Collaborate with business and IT groups to gather requirements and deliver robust Salesforce solutions. Architect and oversee Salesforce Government Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with ITAR restrictions. Lead the development of solution designs for Salesforce implementation projects. Provide technical leadership in enterprise-level projects, ensuring best practices in Salesforce architecture. Integrate Salesforce with existing enterprise systems, ensuring seamless functionality. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of experience working with business/IT groups and technical teams to design and manage Salesforce-based solutions. 6+ years of experience implementing enterprise-level projects using Salesforce.com/Force.com platforms. 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect, developing solution designs for Salesforce implementation projects. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Government Cloud as an Architect or Lead. Must be a US Citizen due to ITAR restrictions. Certifications: Salesforce.com Developer (PD2). Salesforce Architect Certifications. Preferred Skills: Strong expertise in integration and data migration strategies. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
