I will hangout you . Tasks and Activities The resource will function as an integrated member of the Agile Development Team and will provide support for one (1) or more projects. The resource will be responsible for operational duties; working closely with stakeholders, application developers and project managers to gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements utilizing agile techniques; and shall perform, at a minimum, the tasks and/or activities described below: Work with the Departments Contract Manager to serve as the primary point of contact to ensure that start-up activities are completed within fourteen (14) days prior to the performance of services. Start-up activities include Departments fingerprint background check and online information security training security requirements; Work with all stakeholders to identify system needs and gather business and functional requirements; Analyze stakeholder requirements to determine the work effort needed to enhance, modify, or create an application and the related impact on other applications/system areas; Translate stakeholder requirements into technical and functional specifications for approval, development, testing and code review purposes; Develop proof of concepts, mockups and other documents for task and/or activity; Prepare and complete stakeholder requests for the creation, modification or enhancement of new or existing applications/systems; Conduct unit, system, and regression testing; Assist, troubleshoot, and validate application deployments as assigned by the Departments Contract Manager; Research and evaluate options to help identify ways to improve efficiency, increase security and reduce system issues, errors or data anomalies; Write and maintain application documentation (specifications, process flow, etc.) as assigned by the Contract Manager; Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues and help desk requests; Provide application knowledge, mentoring and guidance to Department staff in software development and related issues as assigned by the Departments Contract Manager; Attend and participate in all assigned meetings; Attend Department required training; and Complete a Project Report and a Project Timesheet on a weekly basis, as indicated below in sub-section 3. Required Source Documentation/ Reports. Experience: 3+ years experience working in a collaborative, team environment with stakeholders, application developers and project managers 3+ years experience with documenting business requirements and meeting minutes 3+ years experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions for business and system analysis 3+ years experience with leading teams to self-organization 3+ years experience working on development projects utilizing agile/iterative development techniques Experience with coordinating multiple simultaneous tasks Experience designing proof of concepts and screen mockups Experience developing and following test plans Knowledge of data privacy and protection initiatives Strong communication and collaborative skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred KSAs Experience operating as a Scrum Master Experience working with Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Take charge, can-do attitude Facilitation skills Keywords: business analyst Systems Analyst akash.s@tekinspirations.com |
