Location: Jersey City, NJ- Hybrid-US Job Description: Engineering graduate with minimum 20 years of IT experience in Tier 1 IT organizations predominantly in BFS domain with experience in application development to meet aggressive demands of Corporate Banking customers PMP Prince2 certifications mandatory AWS certification desirable Strong technical hands-on experience on J2EE Oracle and allied platforms. Experience in managing large teams of around 150 members spread across geographies India USA UK Singapore and time zones. Experience and ability to manage stringent penalty driven SLAs for the customer by planning motivating and aligning the teams to the customers goals. Should have strong process orientation with knowledge of CMMi L5 ISO and should have experience of having undergone pertinent audits. Excellent verbal and written communication Presentation and convincing skills besides customer stakeholder management skills. Good contract creation management skills along with experience of having efficiently managed P L for a large portfolio. Industry leader and mentor to identify and build talent around. Experience of having worked in client directly or with client through a supplier would be an advantage. Experience in architecting and implementing applications in conjunction with customer is mandatory. Exposure to and awareness of Securities Services domains like Custody Funds Agency Lending Securities Lending etc. is mandatory. The ability to work collaboratively with all parties and also engage with business partners to ensure their SLAs are met The identified candidate will be familiar with all reporting matrices power points and project tracking plans for applications impacted and be able to report out and communicate to executive management accordingly Ability to convince client on leadership skills delivery management for large engagements and automation implementation experience.
