This role collaborates with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develops the Program Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs including assurance that business needs cascade down to the team level. A Staff PM owns the feature product backlog and serves as the ultimate product authority approving PI/TI and Iteration objectives. Also, may be a people leader supporting staff with product and career growth/development.
