Job Title: Salesforce Field Service Technical Architect Location: Chicago, IL (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Design end to end technical solutions for Salesforce Field Service, ensuring alignment with business process Extensive experience in FSL, including its data model, configuration and functionality Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development (Process Builder, Flows) and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC) Hands-on experience with integration technologies like REST/SOAP APIs and middleware Knowledge of scheduling and optimization Algorithms Expertise in designing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions Familiarity with enterprise architecture framework and principles Experience in multi cloud implementations Incorporate the platform security features into a solution to meet data security requirements Architect a solution for optimal performance, scalability, maintainability, and reuse Recommend the data migration strategy, considerations, and appropriate tools to use Experience in technology transformation, design principles, integration patters, architecture considerations and development guidelines Describe the applicable design considerations and trade-offs when working within the constraints of the platform and data volumes Lead teams in technical projects Good / Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking and innovative. Ability to lead Technical discussions during workshops.
