Key Responsibilities: * Previous experience in administering Workday Core HR and Recruiting modules is required. * Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding. * Manage and keep up the Workday Core HR and Recruiting modules, taking care of system upgrades, setup, and troubleshooting. * Work together with HR and recruitment stakeholders to comprehend their needs around recruiting workflows and core HR operations. * Set up Workday's business procedures, security guidelines, and integrations to facilitate hiring and HR activities. * To guarantee the efficient use of Workday functionalities, give HR and recruitment teams end-user assistance and training. * To assist in decision-making and enhance recruitment tactics, analyze recruitment data, and produce reports.
