Must be collaborative and open to guidance/suggestions. Experience as a contributor to design systems or in establishing libraries of components required. Not just a user of design systems or component libraries. Solid examples of personal design systems contributions ready to present during interviews with an ability to explain the why behind choices in component architecture and systems documentation. Solid to strong Figma proficiency required. No one learning Figma or recently switched to Figma. Must be an active daily user of Figma who stays relatively current in what's new from Figma. In other words, no training needed. Demonstrable competency building responsive design system components in Figma, familiar to proficient experience using Figma's variables. Capable and willing to document design system patterns, components etc...
