(1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations. Role: UI developer (React , Java script, HTML5/Css3) with UX design (FIGMA) skill Required Skills and Experience: React: Strong proficiency in React and its core concepts (JSX, components, state management). JavaScript: Solid understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features. HTML and CSS: Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3 for creating responsive and accessible designs. Figma: Proficiency in using Figma for design collaboration and prototyping. State Management: Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API. API Integration: Ability to integrate with RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous operations. Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library. Performance Optimization: Knowledge of techniques to optimize performance, such as code splitting, lazy loading, and caching. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ability to ensure consistent UI behavior across different browsers and devices. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect implementations.
