Experience with different payment methods, gateways, and acquirer integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions. Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements. Played leadership role Prior experience in Telecom/Retail industry (good to have) Responsibilities : Engage with clients to understand their payment processing needs and provide expert consultation on the deployment and optimization of our payment routing engine. Represent IT team in meetings with business, vendor and 3rd party teams Collaborate with internal & external teams, vendors, etc to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their payment ecosystem and routing needs. Design and propose comprehensive payment routing solutions that align with client requirements, industry best practices, and our product capabilities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our payment routing engine, addressing client inquiries and concerns. Provide recommendations for customizing and configuring the payment routing engine to meet specific client requirements, including rule configurations and integration points. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the payment routing engine, offering insights into its functionalities, architecture, and how it aligns with client business goals. Work closely with sales teams, product development, and support teams to ensure a smooth handover from presales to post-sales activities. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including solution proposals, implementation plans, and customization specifications.
