REIT background / experience is a huge plus. Specific expertise in the following Oracle modules: Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA), Subscription Management and Procurement, including configuration. SUPER STRONG communication, facilitation and collaboration Overview: Play key role in large cross-functional program, reporting to the CTR IT Service Delivery Lead Serve as a main point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams Create comprehensive, well understood and well written documentation, including but not limited to business requirements, Jira stories, use cases, process flows and specifications Requirements: 5-8 years of experience working as an Oracle Financials Functional Subject Matter Expert, with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications experience a plus. REIT background / experience is a huge plus. Specific expertise in the following Oracle modules: Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA), Subscription Management and Procurement, including configuration. Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration Strong foundation in accounting and finance concepts Experience with Jira Good planning and organizing skills; good project management skills a plus Bachelors degree in finance/accounting or information systems, or related discipline or equivalent in experience. Responsibilities: Facilitate the gathering, analysis, prioritization, and complexity categorization of business requirements; communicate and translate requirements effectively. Understand, document and model as is and future state business processes. Analyze and optimize requirements to match guiding principles of future state. Review technology capabilities and workflows to determine if program and system changes are possible Act as a liaison between business end users, IT development teams, Oracle support and/or consulting resources.
