There are Three Role and location is NY/NJ Actimize Developer || Bridger Consultant || Fircosoft Consultant Role: Actimize Developer Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Actimize solutions tailored to areas like AML, Fraud Prevention, and Risk Management. Lead the development and configuration of Actimize modules such as: o SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring) o RCM (Risk Case Management) o CDD (Customer Due Diligence) o NFM (Network Financial Monitoring) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into technical solutions. Customize and configure Actimize components using Actimizes XSP (eXtensible Services Platform), ActOne, and related tools. Develop complex queries, reports, and integrations within the Actimize platform to ensure proper data flow and reporting capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production by closely collaborating with stakeholders. Develop solutions that adhere to AML, KYC, FATCA, and other financial regulations. Act as a subject matter expert for Actimize products, providing technical support, training, and guidance. Mentor less experienced developers, ensuring best practices and high code quality. Conduct performance tuning and scalability analysis for Actimize solutions. Document designs, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Work with stakeholders to ensure Actimize solutions are delivered successfully on time and within budget. Stay updated on new Actimize features, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5-7+ years of experience with Actimize solutions. Expertise in key Actimize modules (SAM, RCM, CDD, NFM, and AML). Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and integrating Actimize components (XSP, ActOne). Strong knowledge of SQL, database management (Oracle, SQL Server), and data modeling. Experience with programming languages (Java, Python, .NET). Understanding of financial crime regulations (AML, KYC, fraud detection). Familiarity with data integration techniques (APIs, file-based integrations, web services). Experience building reports and dashboards in Actimize or BI tools. Troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues. Cloud technologies knowledge (AWS, Azure) is preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with advanced Actimize features like Actimize 360, ARA, and Cloud deployments. Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (FATCA, Dodd-Frank, Basel III). Financial services or banking experience. Certifications in Actimize, AML, or Fraud Prevention. Agile development experience. Role: Bridger Consultant Key Responsibilities Lead the development, configuration, and customization of Bridger Insight and Bridger 7 for financial crime risk management, including AML, Sanctions Screening, and KYC. Define system requirements and translate them into technical solutions for Bridger implementations. Customize Bridger Insight using Java and Bridger APIs for integration with enterprise systems. Perform data modeling and database design for Bridger, ensuring secure data processing. Develop complex queries, reports, and integrations to support seamless data flow. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical Bridger issues. Collaborate with project teams to ensure functional and regulatory compliance. Design new components to improve the performance and scalability of Bridger platforms. Provide expertise in compliance (AML, OFAC Sanctions, FATCA). Document system designs and technical specifications. Mentor junior developers and train them in Bridger best practices. Stay updated on new Bridger features and technology trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5-7+ years of experience with Bridger Insight, Bridger 7, or related modules. Expertise in Java, Bridger APIs, and AML/KYC solutions. Proficiency in SQL and database optimization (Oracle, SQL Server). Knowledge of AML, OFAC Sanctions, and FATCA regulations. Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and third-party system integration. Problem-solving skills for complex technical issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Bridger 7.x versions. Cloud technology knowledge (AWS, Azure). AML/KYC certifications. Agile development experience. Financial Services/Banking/Fintech sector experience. Bridger deployment experience (on-premises and cloud). Role: Fircosoft Consultant Key Responsibilities Lead development, configuration, and customization of FircoSoft applications (e.g., Firco Continuity, Firco Screening). Define and implement scalable technical solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements. Customize FircoSoft solutions using Java, XML, and other technologies. Manage FircoSoft integration with enterprise systems, including core banking and third-party services. Develop complex queries, reports, and integrations to ensure efficient data processing. Provide expertise in AML, KYC, and Sanctions Screening compliance frameworks. Mentor and guide junior developers/consultants in FircoSoft practices. Act as the technical point of contact for clients. Optimize FircoSoft applications for performance and scalability. Ensure compliance with screening rules and regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5-7+ years of experience with FircoSoft solutions. Proficiency in Java, XML, and FircoSoft customization. Knowledge of database optimization and data modeling. Expertise in AML, KYC, and related regulations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Skills Experience with FircoSoft advanced features and cloud deployments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
